Deze informatie helpt je hopelijk, als je problemen hebt om onze email nieuwsbrief of de bevestigingsmail van de formulieren op onze site te ontvangen.

Vaak komen de boodschappen van 1 onze nieuwsbrieven of 2 de bevestigingsmail van de formulieren op onze site, niet in uw mailbox, doordat te ijverige spamfilters onze nieuwsbrief of de bevestigingsmail als junkmail zien.

Hoe komt het dat de mail als spam wordt gezien.
Dit komt vaak omdat de "wettelijke verplichte uitschrijf informatie" of andere informatie die in het bericht staat ten onrechte als SPAM wordt beschouwd.
Is dit het geval dan komt de mail niet aan of wordt bezorgd in het vak ongewenste mail van uw mailbox.

Er is geen goede manier waarop 4Defence dit kan op lossen, behalve door de uitschrijfinformatie niet in de mail te vermelden, wat voor u weer problemen geeft als u zich wilt afmelden van onze mailinglist.
Het is een voor ons onoplosbare situatie.

Wat moet ik doen om zeker te zijn dat ik jullie nieuwsbrieven en mail ontvang.
Gezien dit probleem, is het beste wat u kunt doen is ons afzender adres info@4defence.nl toe te voegen,  aan 1 uw Adres boek en 2 uw lijst met veilige afzenders. Zodat u zeker weet dat u onze mail ontvangt.

Hoe voeg je info@4defence.nl toe aan je veilige afzenders bij je Hotmail Adres boek.

Als u de nieuwsbrief succesvol hebt ontvangen.
Klik dan op bewaar adres of markeren als veilig.

Heeft u de nieuwsbrief niet ontvangen.
Handel als volgt om info@4defence.nl aan uw "Veilige afzenders" toe te voegen

1 Log in op je hotmail account.
2 Klik op de "E-mail" knop in het midden van het scherm.
3 Klik op de "Opties" knop aan de rechterkant van het scherm.

5 Klik op "Veilige en geblokkeerde afzenders".

6 Typ in het vak "De afzender of het domein dat je wilt markeren als veilig" het E-mail adres, info@4defence.nl en klik op "Aan lijst toevoegen".

If you successfully received the confirmation email message, click More Options below the Subject line. Then, click Add sender to Contacts list. You should see a message on the top of the interface, stating: The send has been added to your contacts list.

Adding info@4defence.nl to your Microsoft Outlook 2003 Safe Senders List:

Choose: Actions -> Junk Email then click: Add Sender to Safe Senders List. Or if you prefer, choose: Actions -> Junk Email Options, select the Safe Senders tab, click ADD, and enter the email address in the popup window. Lastly, click OK.

Adding info@4defence.nl to your Address Book list:
If you successfully received the confirmation email message, choose: Message -> Add Sender to Address Book on the top toolbar. You may also hold the pointer over the email address in the message, press the mouse button, and choose Add to Address Book from the pop-up menu.
